Yesenia “Jessie” Pedraza is the owner/operator of Ordered Excellence LLC, a professional organizing and administrative services business that specializes in delivering efficient business support, organizational management, and administrative solutions. She runs this business with her husband of 20 years, John.

Yesenia earned her Master’s degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Behavioral Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She retired as a Training Sergeant from the local sheriff’s office after 15 years of service and has been homeschooling her two children, together with her husband for the last six years, while running their company for the last eight years.

Yesenia works closely with clients to develop systems that improve organization, productivity, time management, and personal accountability. These real-world skills align naturally with teaching students and helping them build habits that support both academic achievement and personal growth. Yesenia is passionate about teaching students practical life skills that foster independence, confidence, and responsibility.
