Alexa Steckbeck

After Alexa’s conversion at 13, she began a lifelong study of God’s Word. Her love for theology drew her into Reformation Bible College at age 18, and there she studied God’s Word at a deeper level and grew to love the intellectual life. She moved away to marry her wonderful husband Patrick, and finished an associates degree in the Liberal Arts. Then she got the opportunity to teach medieval, early modern, and contemporary literature, and 8th grade American History for three years at a classical Christian school in Corpus Christi, Texas. She has also been working on a master’s program in Classic Literature from the Davenant Institute, and on building a classical date night themed subscription box called Prose and Repose. Besides reading, Alexa loves to be with friends and family and go to the beach. She’s excited to join the Veritas family here in Naples!
