Prerequisite: Photography I or instructor approval

Take your photography skills to the next level as you move beyond the basics into more advanced techniques and creative expression. Students will strengthen their understanding of manual camera settings, lighting, portrait photography, composition, and ethical storytelling while learning professional editing and post-processing techniques. Throughout the course, students will build a polished digital portfolio, participate in creative photo challenges, complete a capstone photoshoot, and showcase their best work in the Veritas Photography Exhibition.

Students will learn to:

• Master manual camera settings and advanced composition
• Use natural and studio lighting effectively
• Capture compelling portrait and lifestyle photography
• Edit and organize photos using professional workflows
• Build a digital portfolio and exhibit their work with confidence
